In order to give maximum privacy to each residence, the sloping land (12.5 rai or 20,120 sqm) has been divided into nine large plots (following the sloping contour) of 1,000 to 2,500 sqm each.
Thanks to the architectural concept, the residence is partly dug into the slope and therefore blended with the jungle. The construction rules in Koh Samui are strict, within the 50 first meters.
